Overview

A four-continent simultaneous broadcast with synchronized on-site reveals, delivered to 2.3 million live viewers.

Challenge

Four venues, four time zones, one moment. Every reveal had to land simultaneously on-site and on-stream, with no venue able to see another's feed before air.

Solution

We engineered a distributed cueing architecture with a single authoritative master clock, per-venue redundant encode/transport chains, and a rehearsal pipeline that validated the full chain end-to-end before show day.
